New to the podcast
Just found Dave’s podcast yesterday. I also walk 20k+ steps every day. Am enjoying the short listens, and it will be even better when spring arrives in the Midwest and I get back to outside walks. I’m seeking out new ways to stay motivated as I am maintaining a huge weight loss from the past year, and this appears to be one of the tickets. Thanks, Dave!

I listen to this podcast when I start my walks every morning. Dave is a great walking partner. Sometimes he talks about research related to walking, and why it is great exercise.
