New to the podcast
Just found Dave’s podcast yesterday. I also walk 20k+ steps every day. Am enjoying the short listens, and it will be even better when spring arrives in the Midwest and I get back to outside walks. I’m seeking out new ways to stay motivated as I am maintaining a huge weight loss from the past year, and this appears to be one of the tickets. Thanks, Dave!

Hi Dave, At the end of January I had an ankle injury and couldn’t walk for about 8 weeks. That was tough mentally and emotionally since I walk every day. I sincerely enjoy this podcast. Dave is an encourager for those just beginning their fitness journey. I like that he is not some personal trainer trying to get new clients but just an average day person trying to stay fit and invest in his future health.
