So grateful to have found this podcast! I had been an avid runner until a bout with Lyme disease last summer. I had lost all my fitness mojo and motivation. I just stumbled upon your podcast a week ago on a rare day I felt like getting outside for a walk. Your voice is so soothing 10 minutes flies by and I will walk to another. You have squashed my feeling that walking is “less than” running or any other fitness activity. Looking forward to taking it one step at a time along with you!

I am so glad I found this podcast through Tracey Tiernan. I just started. I had a hip replacement in March and then a setback in May. My doctor said walking is best. I just finished my second walk with you. I can do a little more than 10 min at this time. But I’m going to build up my stamina....Read full review »
