Appreciate Dave’s great professional diction first of all. Gives me incentive to start a walk everyday. 20 plus days into the 90 day plan and I really think it’s going to last. If I get to 200 minutes a week walking for life I’m sure it will beat 100 minutes a week at a gym for maybe 2 months. I’m 66 and that’s the longest I ever lasted.

This is a very motivational and informative podcast. Love knowing Dave is walking at the same time right along with me. My only request would be for a longer episode occasionally.
