Dedicated Walker and Listener
I have been on the Walking Is Fitness plan for a little over two years and am enjoying fitness momentum. I have walked consecutively except for surgery and recovery but couldn’t wait to get back to walking again, thanks to the plan. The podcast has added an additional bright spot to my walking. I look forward to what information Dave will share each day. He is down to earth, honest, educational, and encouraging. Thank you, Dave for sharing your plan and making it available to us!

It’s so nice to have the pleasant, witty commentary that Dave provides accompany me on my walks. It’s just like having a walking buddy at those times I need someone to keep me company. His narrative is always positive and encouraging.
