Our First Guest WeatherBrain is a forecaster at the National Weather Service in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She's also a GIS expert and is involved in several local regional and national GIS projects.  She has a Masters and Bachelors Degree in Meteorology from Mississippi State University.  Megan Williams, it's great to see you.
