“I am not a busy physician or a physician for that matter, but I have loved this podcast since I found it a couple of months ago via another podcast that teaches some of the same tools Katrina uses in here. I like hearing her take on these tools, her examples and strategies on thought management and in general her take on our relationship with food. As a mother, I also like she speaks about daily life practicalities and her ideas on how to manage family meals, relationships with dear husband, beloved children and with friends, but probably my favourite part is how she touches different strategies to improve ourselves and get the most out of who We already are. I would recommend this podcast to any busy person that wants to work on themselves, lose weight and make their life better, which in summary is almost most people I know!”
