So glad I’ve found you!
A friend recently bought me your magazine, which I’ve devoured and it had me seek out your podcast... and I don’t really do podcasts! I am on day one of a holiday and I have hardly moved because I’ve now listened to several episodes back to back from my lounger and every one of them is speaking directly to me. I’ve been on HRT for a year now after deliberating long and hard because of the “not natural” label and media scares. However, after dripping with sweat and struggling with brain fog that basically zapped my confidence at work, I tried to compensate by overworking and ended up signed off work with burn out. One of my decisions was HRT and now I’m actually feeling more like me. (In case you’re interested by other decisions were train to work, meditation ( on the train) , yoga, gym and textiles.. things I used to do but squeezed out of the diary when work got busy). I am testament to the fact that making time for the things you love gives you more productive time for work, and don’t resist HRT, just because you feel you’d be judged. I’m now just trying to shift the half stone that has crept on and repair a piriformis gym injury! We are none of us perfect, but embracing ones imperfections, keeping educated on matters that affect our wellbeing and trying to do the right thing are ways to stay happy and healthy. Your sharings have made me smile and feel normal and united. I shall now add you to my journey listening, keep it up Liz. 👍 Best wishes Jacqui

Both the episodes with Prof Baum have been brilliant. What an interesting man. I loved the fact that he was so honest about breast screening, his part in setting up the programme at the start & his lack of belief in the value of it now. Thank you & him, great to hear a professional like that with...Read full review »

I discovered Liz Earle wellbeing following a “meltdown “ last year which I feel was peri-menopause related resulting in several months off work. I have since subscribed to the magazine and regularly listen to the Friday Five and Wellness podcasts. I find there is a wide range of subjects...Read full review »
