Straightforward and educational
I'm a constitutional lawyer and found the first episode to be an excellent refresher on the history and basis of judicial legitimacy. Densely packed, too. I really don't see the podcast (so far) to be as political as others seem to view it. Trump's tweets are really just a premise - a starting point to explore constitutional questions. Great way to become a lot smarter in short time. I look forward to more installments (and now, more Trump tweets).Read full review »

Ronan Mars does great historical thinking and makes it engaging to listen to. And to the critics here - thinking the constitution can be partisan is a travesty.
