“I'm a constitutional lawyer and found the first episode to be an excellent refresher on the history and basis of judicial legitimacy. Densely packed, too. I really don't see the podcast (so far) to be as political as others seem to view it. Trump's tweets are really just a premise - a starting point to explore constitutional questions.
