A good, but not great start
I'm a closet con law nerd and a huge RM fan, so I was hoping for a home run right away, but this is a solid double up the middle. The first episode discusses judicial legitimacy. Well, it does so only nominally, while mostly telling a story about Harry Truman, without really answering the questions it raised about judicial legitimacy and how it is enforced. What would happen if the president ignored the ruling of the Supreme Court, etc? I'm looking forward to more episodes and hoping there's more to them than this first one has.
