“I find the part where Lisa goes into foster care quite ambiguous and certainly not well explored. A teenager doesn’t just go into care just because the parents are arguing! It just doesn’t make sense. Either explain something for what it is or what you think it is, or just leave il, don’t even bring it up.
Listeners always deserve plausible, credible stories, and especially honest opinions from the host. We’re not listening to a news report after all.
If you just want to do right by the victim’s family/friends, don’t cross them with what you think the reality is, then that’s not true investigative journalism.
However, I find the podcast per-se well produced (though at times very poor quality audio), and the host is professional and considerate.”
