Good research, but narrator has room to grow
Hard to listen to because of the narrator’s voice - sounds cold and robotic. I felt that if she did speak more naturally, it might have also made her sound more compassionate to Lisa and her family. The first episode had some language that almost sounded like victim blaming to me. I’m giving the host the benefit of the doubt by assuming she’s just new to this, that she does care, and she just sounds stiff, I guess.
