Respectful and trauma informed
This is investigative journalism in a tasteful, curious, and compassionate manner. It’s informative on many levels. The acknowledgment of the damage of residential schools, and the ex-police officer talking about racial bias and discrimination is so important when talking about law enforcement. Thank you for your work. I hope it leads to closure for Lisa Marie’s family.

More reviews of Island Crime
The case is very interesting. I pray she is found and the family can finally have closure. Being this is your first podcast, I felt you did an excellent job. Try to be less scripted and just speak as you normally would. Great job in bringing the case to light again!!

Laura Palmer does a great job...her voice is calm and respectful. Lisa comes to life as a person, not just the victim of a crime. Most of all, the case is back in the news...all of which may lead the finally finding Lisa and justice for her family.
