The pro-Israel bias is appalling! Stick to internal affairs please Kirsty

It’s okay but a lot of really awkward long silences where they are on zoom - they could edit the long silences out.

The normal insight thrown away for unchallenged diogma from the Adam Smith Institute. So damn poor this episode

Really great listen. Wouldn’t miss an episode. Gets better each week.

I LOVE this podcast! As an American across the pond, there’s so much I didn’t understand about UK politics. This podcast has given such an insightful and in-depth look at the goings-on that I finally think I have at least SOMEWHAT of an idea 😂

…in going so deep into how it all works. But this really is a delight. Worth it for the laughs alone. In fact how can they make such a seemingly-dreary topic just so alive? I’ll tell you how. Great and comfortable interviewing style from the wee, friendly Scotsman and the human side of a...Read full review »

Enjoyable and informative podcast highlighting current political issues. The variety of “sources” in more recent provided a nice variety. Really look forward to the new podcast each Thursday and the special episodes were great too. Love Kirsty’s humour and Calum’s presenting style. All round...Read full review »

Really enjoy listening to this podcast every Thursday. Great hearing about all the behind the scene drama that goes on. Only heartbreaking point was when Kirsty didn’t know the name of the main road between Perth and Inverness (A9).

Few interesting insights into the horror that is the internal workings of the conservative but actually just ends up peddling divisive nonsense claiming it as majority public opinion.

A really wonderful addition to the current crop of political podcasts from the standout interviewer of Times Radio, Calum Macdonald. Like the fact it’s only once or twice a week and a good hour or more of in-depth conversation and debate with a good dose of humour - find it can be difficult to...Read full review »

This is one of the best political podcast’s available at the moment. Real insight into how politics works from those in the know. Certainly up there with The Newsagents and The Rest is Politics. Well done to Calum and the team.

An insider's view of the government in action behind closed doors. Very well hosted by Calum MacDonald and I could listen to Kirsty Buchanan all day, her analysis is top class and her anecdotes and stories make for a great listen. BUT, and this is a big BUT the other presenter Oscar Reddrop...Read full review »

I was hoping for a well balanced podcast but Oscar Reddrop, former SpAd of Boris Johnson makes it completely unlistenable. He comes across as the male equivalent of Nadine Dorries with his sycophancy. Not once is the former PM’s lies, corruption, racist and bigoted comments mentioned when Oscar...Read full review »
