“I just got hired to work for a truly wonderful chef and I need to build up my wine knowledge to be on par with the rest of the staff and to be able to guide the guests. This is such a great tool and even though I just started today I am on my 4th podcast and have already learned SO much! So thank you. Besides, you mentioned Sublime and have your dog in the background, couldn't be better for me than that! Do you have any advice for servers that you might want to share?
