Excellent podcast!
I’m so glad I found this podcast! My ADHD worsened during the pandemic, changing my life in many ways and this podcast has been a great touch point for me. Listening to other women like me has been so helpful in feeling less alone, less flawed, and helped me take care of my well-being and feelings around having ADHD. Katy is a wonderful interviewer and provides an important service to this community in raising women’s voices up!
