Feel so much less alone.
I have ADD and Hashimoto’s disease and between the fatigue and the inattentiveness/impulsivity/depression from my disorder, it has been extremely difficult as an adult. Hearing the interview with Kerry Mead in episode 21 made me feel so much less alone and so much more enlightened. Thank you for creating these, not only so people can feel less alone, but for how much I’ve learned from them!!
