“I love the guests but sometimes I have to switch off as the host cuts off her guests while they’re talking and diverts the narrative back to her experience rather than letting the guests talk. I think the host needs to start fully shining the spotlight on the guest as that’s who we are listening for - if that change can be made, it could be such a great conversation to listen to.”
