During his recovery, Justin embarked on the '75 Hard' and 'Live Hard' programs, pushing his limits to run a marathon and reignite his health journey. However, despite rigorous efforts of consuming just 1500 calories and running 30 km a day, he found himself gaining weight. This led him on a quest to truly understand the human body, nutrition, and mental resilience. Through a carefully structured reverse dieting approach, Justin not only lost over 80 pounds but also increased his daily caloric intake to 3400 calories.
