Down to earth helpful advice that you can actually implement
I have listened to many motivational podcasts that claim to be able to help with balancing my work life balance. For the most part, they impart cliche advice, offer solutions that cost more than what is possible for most people, and most of the time the podcast hosts brag about how wonderfully they are balancing their life and how their methods are fool-proof. Megan’s podcast is NOT like this. She offers real-world advice that can easily be implemented. She talks about how she sometimes loses her balance, but how it is ok because we are all human. She talks minimally about herself and her situation-only enough to tell us why and how she implemented a certain strategy. But what I love most is that she brings on guests who don’t always align with her views and ways of work life balance. She is aware that while her methods obviously worked for her, that they are not going to work for everybody and she brings on guests who will give different perspectives so that she can help her audience in any way possible.
