This is an endearing show with a unique premise. I think there’s a lot of heart in it, and there’s also enough mystery that you’ll want to keep coming back to glean new information right alongside the protagonist.

Y2K has been one of the podcast highlights of 2020. Engaging characters all at different stages of their lives and with distance and isolation as recurring themes it has huge relevance and poignancy in the year of Covid 19. Give it a listen if you enjoy high quality, character based storytelling.

Despite being named after the infamous Y2K scare, from what I can tell this is a period piece about the beginning of the new century! It might take a turn, in which case this review will be hilarious in hindsight. I’m looking forward to hearing more!
