Give it a go!
I initially decided downloading this podcast due to the very sketchy reviews. So many bad ones in a short space of time really put me off, but then I finally relented and really enjoyed it. Ever since an early grounding in the works of Arthur C Clarke, I’ve always been fascinated by stuff like this, be it the Yeti/Bigfoot, UFOs or the Loch Ness Monster. Let’s be honest, the majority of us to whom this subject appeals know it’s highly unlikely any of it is true, or that no evidence will be uncovered - it would have long since been plastered all over the internet and the news! However, it’s an area that intrigues me and the Podcast only added to this. To be fair, they do rack up the miles across Asia in compiling the 10 episodes. Each one is only half an hour long, so easily digestible. Although I sensed an element of the tongue-in-cheek in episode 7, I didn’t find the presenters (or their styles) annoying or condescending, as seems to be a common barnb from the naysayers. Just enjoy it for what is - a Podcast on what is almost certainly a mythical creature, but a subject matter than still manages to grab our attention!

I loved the soundscape and I think for either believers or none believers, it’s great story telling, good investigating and an all round captivating listen. I’m really surprised to see negative reviews since it’s so great and there are so many...Read full review »
