Excellent content; so reassuring for yoga teachers!
This podcast is brilliant. It dispelled all the myths that circulate between yoga teachers, which are not based on what research now tells us. Immediately after my teacher training I was not ready for this podcast and was still defending the stuff I had been taught. Two years on I am so grateful for the insights and wisdom and REASSURANCE from two highly qualified people who meticulously analyse and review the evidence. Thank you Jenni and Travis.
