Part of my regular exercise
I’m a middle to late pack Ironman Triathlete. After completing 3 different full IMs, I suffered some knee issues that set has kept me out of full IMs for 4 years. On my way back to my first full IM since 2018, I decided to try Lucas’ Hip and Happy Back challenges. I’ve found these very practical and extremely useful. They are now part of my regular training routine. This led me to the Lucas Rockwood Show. I can’t say that I’m able to apply the topics from each show to my life, but they are all well done and interesting. There are very few podcasts that I consider worth my limited time to listen to whenever they come out. I haven’t gone back and listened to all 500+ episodes, but this podcast is now also part of my regular routine.

Lucas provides an informative and truly integrative podcast that exemplifies the true meaning of yoga- the union of body, mind, and spirit. I love the interviews in combination with the quick tips in nutrition and Q&A. Keep up the great work!
