Lucas takes the listener on a ride through versatile health and wellness topics — thoughtful, backed by science, and genuinely helpful. I appreciate how he brings in his knowledge and connects Yoga to all kinds of other people topics (and is able to find experts who are also yoga practitioners...Read full review »

Yogabody and Lucas Rockwood has changed the way I look at fitness and health as I am approaching 60 years old this year. I have more energy ; I can actually feel my muscles in my body getting much stronger and I have way less pain in my body as a busy hairstylist of 35 years . I feel alive again...Read full review »

I find that sometimes yogi are too esoteric for me so I love the balance you bring to this podcast.

Got ideas on how to calm your mind and body. Great to hear the podcasts!

The book called The Myofascial System in Form and Movement was not written by David Lesondak as Lucas (and David) claim. The book was written by Lauri Nemetz and the forward written by David. Shame on you for not giving proper credit to the author. By the way, it is she who you should have on...Read full review »

I generally like these podcasts but that was painful instead of pain free as the title suggests. The likes , ums , and you knows were hard to take after awhile. Might I suggest a toastmasters club to your guest

I really like Lucas and i subscribe to many of his workshops, I like listening to him but I find his podcast lacking. Some of the sessions are so short that you get nothing out of them. The “expert” talks about themselves, the work they are doing, and then maybe give one small idea and it’s over....Read full review »

I was a long time listener but you lost me at your misinformation episode. This was neither helpful nor unbiased. What credentials did this guest have other than writing propaganda about what he personally deemed as misinformation? How can you say a cardiologist has nothing to say about...Read full review »

I’m a huge fan of Lucas and the podcast. The guests and topics that I hear every week keep me inspired and centred of my wellness practices and help me keep consistent while I learn along the way.

I love this podcast. It’s episodes are just the right length for me. The guests are varied and very relatable. Lucas asks excellent questions throughout. I really enjoy it! Keep up the great work delivering reliable health info to us all. Thank you

Dear Lucas: I love your show and I have been a long time listener. I have taken your advice by my routine of daily pull- ups. I bought the yoga trapeze with the pull up bar several years ago. I put this bar in the kitchen to conveniently be able to do supported (with a band ) pull- ups, while...Read full review »

I subscribed to (and even purchased one of their products) Lucas’ podcast to better my physical health. Now I’m listening to a podcast talking about the benefits of marriage and “guardrails.” Starting to sense some serious Christian undertones…

Lucas Rockwell is a great host with great health content! Appreciated the episode with Dr. Oz Garcia about his struggle with long-haul covid! The information provided to help us protect our immune system for the future was invaluable! And his analogy to the author of Atomic Habits priceless.

This podcast brings very valuable information. Lucas’ challenge programs are also amazing. My hip/lower back pain has almost disappeared with just one week of consistently following the Science of Stretching exercises. Just wish he didn’t speak so fast in his podcast! :)

Overall, I’ve enjoyed this podcast and will keep listening, but have definitely liked some episodes more than others. A few of the experts are very deep in their niche and use way too much jargon. I found this podcast after doing some of Lucas’ online yoga courses. He has a great variety of guests on a wide range of interesting topics. He often says he is a life-long learner and that is obvious. He shares his knowledge and is able to converse with and interview his guests well.

World Class Health & Wellness living in every program. Each episode is led with authenticity and simplicity, including the most elite educational interviews. Emotional Agility #340 is filled with resources and unique insight. The Q&A’s and yoga advice is superb. Stay curious!

Down to earth, practical advice. I found the podcast after taking the 21 day hip challenge class (and continuing well beyond the 21 days). Thanks Lucas!

Good episode. Lots of helpful tips in here. The lampost to lampost advice worked for me last year. Not exactly running the distances discussed here, but happy to realize I could run longer than 20 minutes at all. Would not have thought it possible before.

Thank you both for an interesting talk on internal mind chatter. Often in a limited timeframe a lot of time is spent circling around the topic and the nitty gritty, in this case constructive tools to work with, are squeezed in at the end when there is only enough time left to summarise them....Read full review »

critical listening and critical thinking is what I love about this podcast. I love the most recent podcast about extremism in social media it is so true. Be an independent multi level thinker before you buy into the hate and extremism of either the left or right. Its all so nuanced.

I found this podcast to be thought provoking, honest, and I appreciate the point of view that real life issues are not the same as the ones that are promoted or dramatized online. I also appreciate the variety of guests that you have on your podcast. Thank you for your continuing efforts.
