Chatter in the Mind. Ep 501
Thank you both for an interesting talk on internal mind chatter. Often in a limited timeframe a lot of time is spent circling around the topic and the nitty gritty, in this case constructive tools to work with, are squeezed in at the end when there is only enough time left to summarise them. One often gets the impression an expert is just dangling temptation in front of us so we will buy the book. It’s sort of like a high brow advertisement.
