“The length is always around twenty minutes so I can do a quick pick-me-up after I get home from work, or I can do a couple different focus classes for a longer more intense workout. There is a new podcast released each week so I really have a chance to work with the class and let my body explore the different asanas before I'm trying something new like the daily podcasts. Chaz has a great personality for this podcast. He's calming yet motivating; he's inspiring and understanding and he's completely dedicated to this podcast.
