It's Perfect!
The length is always around twenty minutes so I can do a quick pick-me-up after I get home from work, or I can do a couple different focus classes for a longer more intense workout. There is a new podcast released each week so I really have a chance to work with the class and let my body explore the different asanas before I'm trying something new like the daily podcasts. Chaz has a great personality for this podcast. He's calming yet motivating; he's inspiring and understanding and he's completely dedicated to this podcast. I'm a mum of two boys under 4 and pregnant with another one, I have no time for gyms, invigorating walks etc..there is just no time. What I do have time for is my yogamazing in the evenings when the house is quiet. It's helped my back pain, overall health and stress levels. Thank you Chaz.

I use these podcasts on the days that I don't go running. They are about 20-30 minutes long which is perfect.
