Description
If you’re in a job where you use your brain a lot, it can be easy to feel disconnected from your body and emotions. This week, Rachel is joined by coach and trainer Helen Leathers, who shows us how our posture, our movements, even the way we dress, can affect not only our mood, but how we’re perceived at work. She also shares a practical exercise that can help us cultivate stillness, so we appear more confident and open.
