Even though I am not a front-liner this podcast is really refreshing to listen to. It's like I am peeking into the lives of the front-liners and how they interact with each other. I have also gathered some tips for interacting with the people in my life through this show.Read full review »

I’m a GP and have found all the episodes I’ve listened to relevant and helpful. There are links to resources and other podcasts in the episode notes and although there is a course you can buy, the podcast doesn’t feel like a hard sell for the course

I’ve been really impressed with this series so much of value to take in that is practically relevant to me as an ED clinician in the NHS. Rachel Morris, the host, goes from strength to strength as an interviewer I think and doesn’t shy away from challenging (gently!) her guests which improves...Read full review »

I enjoy these podcasts and have recommended them to trainees. The first episode on complaints could have done with a little more grit. For instance, there was an assumption that people complain when we make mistakes. But many mistakes elicit no complaints; and some complain when there has been no...Read full review »

I am in a clinical managerial position in hospital and it’s been very challenging with multiple conflicts during COVID. The managing conflict podcast is excellent and has helped me understand a different approach to deal with chronic behaviours that have escalated during the pandemic.

Very promising start to this podcast series. I found the sound quality of episodes 2 and 3 suboptimal - suspect the guests were not in the studio with Rachel. A great listen for the commute to work.
