The podcast everyone needs to listen to!
Sarah is a phenomenal teacher and has a way of explaining complex systems in terms that anyone can understand and relate to. I believe everyone is dealing with a dysregulated nervous system and will benefit enormously from learning from Sarah. She has some simple somatic exercises and techniques that you can implement and incorporate easily into your daily life. I’m so excited that she has started a podcast to share her wisdom about regulating your nervous system so I can learn even more from her and that she’ll be able to reach an even larger audience. What she has to share is so necessary in today’s world for people of all ages! Highly recommend!
