soft place to land
I finally feel heard and understood. Listening to You Make Sense by Sarah Baldwin feels like being embraced and welcomed with open arms. Sarah has a way of making it feel personal and heartfelt, and her voice is calming. She shares in a gentle way with insights into the real, raw human experience. Sarah is gifted in explaining hard concepts in a simple way. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought goes into her work! this podcast is a gem. It feels like a soft place to land in a noisy world, and I can’t recommend it enough.

I have followed Sarah’s work on Instagram and absolutely loved her gentle approach - helping me to understand and love all the different parts of myself. When it makes “sense” there’s a softening and opening that happens. Nothing broken, nothing wrong!

Sarah is such an incredible teacher. I spent 20+ years seeking talk therapy-oriented solutions to not feeling well. Being introduced to somatics through her teaching has not only saved my life, but transformed it. Looking forward to the next episodes.

I’ve taken Sarah’s You Make Sense class and her Navigating Your Nervous System class. Working with her has changed my life in some very profound ways. Her podcast could certainly be a beautiful piece to your journey.
