Compassionate Insight
I’ve only listened to the first episode so far, and I know of Sarah’s work. I love the level of compassionate understanding and insight she brings to her work, and this comes across here too. As someone who is easily overwhelmed though, I would like it if the pace of speech were a bit slower. Also, though I love the Q&A part at the end, I think it’s really important to keep responses on the episode topic, as again this can create confusion or overwhelm otherwise.
