Love this on every level - Aussie accents, sharing the real and messy and awkward and frustrating parts of ADHD, advocacy, sensitivity to other minority groups, and the hacks that don’t assume you know anything about the world! Feeling seen and heard and CELEBRATED (not just accepted) is a...Read full review »

This podcast has helped me understand so much about myself and why I am the way I am. A late diagnosed adhder, I’ve been struggling for years with so many of the things Grace and Tara explain so beautifully. Listening to this podcast has made me feel less alone, less like there’s something wrong...Read full review »

I’ve never reviewed a podcast before but this one is worth the extra effort. They put humor and words to feelings I’ve had my whole life. I am now also an Aussie after binging so many episodes today. My only complaint is I found them so early on I’ll run out of episodes soon and have to wait for...Read full review »

Listening to this has changed so much for me. I finally feel like a “normal” person because I know I’m actually not the only person who experiences things like this. It has given me so much advice on how to deal with things and live my best possible life. Thank you!! ♡

I’m a recently diagnosed adhd-er and this podcast is everything. I’ve been looking through so many resources and they can be so soon and gloom about adhd. I am so grateful for this podcast! As a newly diagnosed (mid 30s) ADHDer with few in-person ADHD friends to share with, I read as many books as I can on the topic, and while they are informative and many are also encouraging, this podcast brings a real human, day-to-day lens to the concepts. I...Read full review »

I’ve just discovered you guys and working my way through your episodes. I just nod all the way through. Thank you for making me feel seen and understood. I’m non-diagnosed but raging ADHD and your content is giving me the push I needed to seek a diagnosis. Thank you and keep them coming!

I have been listening to a wide variety of podcasts since around 2017. Although all of your episodes are helpful and also funny, this recent one takes the gold. Your announcing of the ADHD Olympics was so extremely clever and hilarious. I feel seen!

I love this podcast so much! The hosts, Grace and Tara, are relatable and hilarious but it’s also been so informative as a woman diagnosed with adhd in my mid-twenties. They give great tips and tricks with a refreshing perspective that keeps me listening every episode 🫶🏼 definitely recommend.

Listening to you chat and laugh feels like such great company when I’m working alone and need the motivation to get started, which you know is a big compliment coming from an adhder who can never get started on their work 😂

As a recently diagnose adult, I felt really lost and alone. This podcast has helped me to understand that so much of what I do is because of adhd and that I’m not alone! Thank you Grace and Tara
