As therapist myself it’s so fun to get to listen to hear how another therapist conducts sessions, and how Meredith and Doug break them down. I love that they both have various experience working with different populations and different therapeutic modalities. It really comes across in their breakdowns and their ability to access various bits of knowledge. It’s just an added bonus that they make me laugh with their relatability. I’ve actually used some of what I’ve learned from them in my own sessions with clients!

It’s fun to be a voyeur into someone else’s therapy session but I most enjoy hearing the therapists talk about it from their perspective. I can totally relate to the client sessions, and it's actually a nice and helpful distractions to hear issues that aren't about the current global crisis!
