I am enjoying this podcast very much. It has been so fascinating to listen in on real sessions. This podcast helped me to realize how truly productive and helpful therapy is supposed to be. Doug and Meredith together provide a good balance. Their mutual respect and admiration for each other is sweet.

This is a great look at therapy and the viewpoints from two different therapy perspectives. I enjoy the full sessions and the breakdown afterward. Highly recommend- can’t wait for more episodes.

I loved loved loved season 1 but during the break and the second season, the focus shifted from the therapy sessions, to the host and their personal lives (maybe theyre in need of an outlet while on lockdown but it takes away from the podcast in my opinion).
