A realistic approach to better health and nutrition
I’ve shared this podcast with everyone I know. It’s so refreshing to listen to something that isn’t trying to shock you into submission. There’s so much garbage out there and even more people who are too willing to blindly take what they think is the easy way out for better health. It doesn’t have to be so hard. Keep up the good work Dr Chavez!
