Damn dr. Chavez! You did it again!
Most pod casts have experts in certain areas but his guy is an expert in them all. It’s soo hard these days to get honest unbiased cutting edge information about all things to do with health and fitness and dr. Chavez is really someone I feel I can trust. He speaks to me on so many levels as someone who has suffered from depression, an eating disorder and mal nutrition for most or all of my life. Dr.s have always pushed prescription drugs on me including adderal in grade 3 - telling me I would fail without it. It made me so depressed, messed with my eating and sleeping habits and made me feel like I was not capable without it. Then they prescribed me anti- depressants to cope. Like what? No child should ever be put on that. I am now a 25 year old young professional female with an active social life, but still have some left over bad habits I need to kick before my 30’s - I have felt so lost in this world full of instagram models, false ideals and everything focusing the value of a woman on her looks and appearance. I want a transformation from the inside out and now I start each morning listening to dr. Chavez. Knowledge IS power and I cannot thank you enough for sharing your amazing knowledge and ways of thinking with us! Here are some things I would love to hear more about: the effects of SSRI’s on your gut. Effects of bulimia on the body. Benefits of stretching? How you go about meditating? Anyway thanks again for sharing your beautiful soul and message with us - it has reached me and continues to impact my life💗

If you are looking for knowledgable, sensible, workable nutrition advice this is the podcast for you. The added bonus is that the episodes are relatively short, to the point and entertaining. I really recommend this if you are interested in improving your health and nutrition.
