Listen everyday.
I love the information and format of this podcast. I usually listen at the gym or at work. The format of 1 central topic in under 20 minutes each day makes it easy to incorporate the tips into daily routines and make notes on topics I want to research. I constantly find myself forwarding certain episodes to friends and family that I know the information pertains to. Thank you for a great show!!

I was on the fence with this podcast but i have definitely changed my mind recently. It seems to have really sharped up and the information is quality and usually fact driven. Plenty of detailed information without the overload.

With all of the “influencers” spouting bad nutritional information, it’s great to hear a reasonable voice who backs it up with cited research.
