Description
Outsourcing your marketing or doing it internally is one of the biggest struggles for most business owners. One can make a case for either side.
Cost vs expertise. Who will train the internal team? How do they keep up with trends? Is this their only focus or will they end up doing other tasks to fill their time?
All great questions and Mike Snyder, partner with RaptorUSA, a mid market consulting firm, is here to answer these and many other questions. As a past agency owner, he worked in situations where he ran the marketing or mentored internal teams.
Very tactical and full of real life examples to help the audience.
Great conversation. Don't forget to share
