Treating menopause as a pathological condition responsible for extensive health problems and possibly leading to death is misleading and frankly, quite irresponsible, especially since the guest speaker is a medical doctor from England. Her view is a learned, cultural (First World and Anglo Saxon) response to a normal process. The “facts” the guest presents are taken out of context and shows, despite her education, a pretty basic lack of understanding of standard scientific studies.
