So interesting and educating to listen to the review on covid. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do. 🫶

It’s a good podcast and I wish I could listen to it but I can’t. The voice of the host is unbearable. It’s awful.

Disappointed that a podcast I follow and generally respect has a guest on (Dr Uma Naidoo) who while she has an impressive CV, makes claims based on small low-quality studies and very little proper, rigorous scientific evidence. Please Zoe, up your game.

Great podcast with variety of topics. Unfortunately i am a bit disappointed with the new adverts of zoe subscription. Use of „How much is your health worth to you?” - is quite discouraging to someone who tries not to be manipulated into thing by common advertising strategies and techniques. Very...Read full review »

The podcast is very interesting and informative with very well researched subjects and a great variety of guests . The intonation of the host however is just not for me . The drawing out of sound at the end of words makes it quite unbearable to listen to for more than a minute .

Lovely, scientific conversations! Listening to vagina micro biome- switching women who are pregnant to people who are pregnant, a girls first period to an adolescents first period, a women’s vagina to a persons vagina -Gender is not inherent and is, in fact spectate than sex.- I think this...Read full review »

No matter what the topic is, this podcast brings in experts, science, and information that can be understood by pretty much anyone. It’s real, it’s authentic, it’s practical, and it’s about taking charge of your own health. Thank you, Zoe for everything you offer!

This is an excellent nutrition podcast to listen to on a variety of topics. The re-occurring guests are all good in their own right, and the vast majority of the guests give quality interviews. The podcast is extremely well produced. Ads are somewhat frequent but very brief and transition well,...Read full review »

The podcasts are interesting, they cover a range of topics and have a variety of interesting guests but I do not recommend listening to them if you have an eating disorder or history of eating disorders, they can be quite triggering and unhelpful. Whilst the message is often trying to be positive...Read full review »

I listen to the Zoe podcast to keep up to date on the latest health research. I like the format and think Jonathon does a fantastic job of keeping the scientists to explanations that we can all understand.

As a latecomer I’ve found this show to be an invaluable resource. It’s invariably top rate advice. Thank you to all involved. I feel compelled however to add one observation that makes listening hard (sadly there’s little if anything that can be done about it). The UK-based anchor speaks with...Read full review »

Sorry, I just can’t listen to this presenter any longer. I’m out.

Sorry but the podcast host was a very poor choice, his irritating voice /narration/manner of talking is just sooooo painful to listen to. Shame you don’t seem to recognise how essential the good voice and narration quality are for podcast success

Jonathan Wolf is the best podcast presenter I’ve listened to and I never miss a show. He somehow manages to be witty and soothing at the same time, and asks the questions that you’d be asking if you had a chance. He also makes sure the subject matter and any scientific terms are clearly...Read full review »

I feel confident in saying that this article must be sponsored by the current Labour Government. Apart from residents in care homes, there was no mention whatsoever of people in my group - 87 years +, outdoors very little, vastly reduced food intake. I KNOW I am not taking in enough vitamins of...Read full review »

I love listening in to the Zoe podcast. Jonathon is a great host and I particularly enjoy how he summarises the content throughout so you can ensure understanding. Great research and great delivery of content. I particularly like Jonathan , the presenter, simplifying content in simple words so it’s easier to understand. Dr Tim and Sarah, you’re doing such important work! I won’t be surprised if you get a Nobel prize in future. I’d love to help you, and so...Read full review »

All of the guests on this show are bringing the many years of scientific research accumulated around health to you and me. This means the advice/information is evidence based. Not just some guy’s opinion. It’s backed with real data

Listened to the menopause episode and they waited until the last 15 minutes of the show to get to the content that was promised and then it was old news.

Brilliant content, such interesting guests, but I can’t listen to Johnathan’s voice and bizarre intonation for a second longer. I can see so many have written the same, so I don’t understand why Zoe doesn’t take action. Such a shame.

The presenter unfortunately(it could be me) dull as dishwater. There are so many interesting health podcasts and this should be no 1 with the medical content and new info.

Started listening to this pod this year & have heard the last 12 months. Have changed my diet a lot but now wondering if I’m doing it right? Science is what Zoe is about. So disappointed to see a non scientist Davina McCall on the podcast. Her narrative may be interesting to some, buts it’s not science. She is known for denigrating doctors too, repeatedly. Menopause, let’s hear from menopause specialists please

This is pitched at a really good level where it is understandable but not watered down. I also like the summary episodes that come out later to sort of refresh. All around solid podcast.

Just listening to the episode ‘why 1 in 10 children have an allergy’ my son has eczema, and I’ve been illuminating dairy to see if that is causing it. But I’m a bit confused, is it the gut that’s brining out eczema or is it the eczema that could be causing a dairy intolerance. Should I been...Read full review »

I love this podcast and always have done, since the start. I also did the Zoe program fairly early on and have changed my eating habits in many ways, for the better. I have listened to lots of Zoe podcasts, as I love science and nutrition. The 30 plants episode with Hugh fearnley-W was interesting to me. Hugh was wonderful! You don’t seem to include oats wheat or any other grains - but grains are undoubtedly plants……. Perhaps a revision of the title is needed, or some clarification of what you mean when you say plants?

I fully admit to having been a paid up member of the Zoe cult and have listened to many of these podcasts. I’m now ready to quit. Interesting podcast, but please change the host (Jonathan Wolf)!!!
