Essential viewing/listening with one blemish
As a latecomer I’ve found this show to be an invaluable resource. It’s invariably top rate advice. Thank you to all involved. I feel compelled however to add one observation that makes listening hard (sadly there’s little if anything that can be done about it). The UK-based anchor speaks with an insufferable drawl. You’ll know it when you hear it: inexplicable, hanging middle syllables; trailing syllables extending for at least twice as long as is necessary in normal speech. Awful. Grating in the extreme.

More reviews of ZOE Science & Nutrition
It’s so refreshing to hear a balanced, scientific discussion about subjects that are typically poorly reported in mainstream media. Thanks so much to Tim Spector, Sarah Berry and the rest of the Zoe team for this.

Informative podcast. Really interesting insight to various topics. Recommend to all.

The content of these podcasts is great, but the recording quality is less than I would have hoped for given the hype surrounding ZOE. A couple of decent microphones would help or the service of a sound engineer. It’s a little like listening to a recording on a 78 in places
