I have a question
Just listening to the episode ‘why 1 in 10 children have an allergy’ my son has eczema, and I’ve been illuminating dairy to see if that is causing it. But I’m a bit confused, is it the gut that’s brining out eczema or is it the eczema that could be causing a dairy intolerance. Should I been focusing on healing the eczema with creams as the priority or will that not heal Until I address what’s inflaming it from the gut. I feel like there were two things discussed that eczema is linked to the gut, but also the skin that is causing the gut problems. Feels a bit like the chicken and egg argument, which one came first haha. Would love some clarity around that if possible. Sorry if this is the right place to put this. Other wise love the show, thank you so much!

I love this podcast, I wish I knew which foods I can eat to help my inflammatory levels, I didn’t eat for 5 days and had no pain at all, as soon as I started eating my PMR came back , I have diabetes and problems with my veins in my arms
