Really useful podcast. Makes lots of sense, I practise and teach yoga which helps me cope with monthly fluctuations…this mood WILL pass, however I’m guilty of giving into sugar cravings even though I feel the effects in my guts! The facts and research presented in this podcast will help me to adjust my cravings. It’s also great to have a resource for me to share.

I’ve been very interested in the microbiome for some time, having had troublesome guts for a few years now. I’ve read Tim Spector’s books on the topic and these podcasts expand in comprehensible detail the knowledge I gleaned from these books. I shall now, of course, be reading Will’s new book!
