Borderline
Interesting sounding topics with extremely poor delivery. Tim Spector takes a very academic approach, he just doesnt have the ability or the skill to provide information in simple ways that is digestible to ‘regular’ people. Even when the host is trying with clarifying questions… Individual guests are usually good enough though. But Tim S also has the habit to inject ‘simplifying that….’ and then comes a far more complicated explanation than the guest originally gave.

This knowledge needs to be sold hard by medics globally. Having read Tim Spector’s ‘The Diet Myth’ and changed my own diet radically over the last two years , I am certain that nurturing the gut micro biome is the key to a healthier body. I look forward to listening to more of these podcasts.

I love listening to your podcasts and never cease to be amazed by the lack of science on beliefs I have lived by for most of my life! Your podcasts are seriously changing my thinking and attitudes towards food. Keep them coming please x
