“According to scientific studies by the PCRM, they advocate a complete vegan diet for best health and discourage consumption of any animal products as they are the ones that increase bad cholesterol whereas plant food has no cholesterol and plenty of fiber. Of course, if one consumes coconut oil, for example, in abundance their health will suffer. Just not convinced by the arguments of this podcast. Also, according to Dean Ornish, the best oil to use is no oil!”
