“As an 82 year old man who has exercised throughout life playing badminton, football and running at a competitive level and then taking to long distance cycling in my 60s I sadly find that there is little or no guidance given to people of my age as to the kind of exercise we should be doing at a safe level to maintain strength and endurance.
