Cure for a broken health service
These podcasts are extremely well put together. I wonder if we would be experiencing so much poor health in modern societies if these topics were part of school curriculum, and maybe information provided to new parents. Surely it is in the interest of governments to take this onboard and think how to address poor health at root cause, not to keep throwing money at the effects of poor health outcomes in society. Thank you and keep up the good work Zoe.

More reviews of ZOE Science & Nutrition
It’s so refreshing to hear a balanced, scientific discussion about subjects that are typically poorly reported in mainstream media. Thanks so much to Tim Spector, Sarah Berry and the rest of the Zoe team for this.

Have just requested a gp appt to discuss. I’m anti drugs unless absolutely necessary but with dementia and obesity in the family, high ish cholesterol, on statins etc etc what I heard ticks all the boxes. Thank you for empowering me to explore.
