I am so happy to hear the science based confirmation of so much of what I have instinctively felt about health, welfare and food all of my life. The advice nuances how I make nutritional choices and has been enormously helpful. Alas I am now in my 70s and would love to hear the podcasts take age into the brief a little more as I intend to keep trying to live with vitality. The Citizen Science component of the project is laudable and I am hugely grateful to Tim and his team for doing this.
