“Great informative podcast.
I was particularly interested in the science behind Sourdough as I have been making my own for over two years now and was aware of most of what was discussed.
I also recommend Sourdough or at least try it to gluten intolerant people.
You never mentioned Soda bread as an healthy alternative, could this be an additional podcast sometime?
