NB: This podcast drops exclusively to members of the Institute of Hospitality 2 weeks before the wider world. 2 Weeks ago, It was International women’s day so what better way to celebrate this day than to have a chat around the wonderful women of our industry.  So how far have we come? is it still a man’s world?  What do we still need to do?  All these questions and more were answered by Phil and his panel of Emily Murray AIH, Dorothea Jones MIH and Edward Bracken FIH.
